Refund Policy for Healing Sessions

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hours notice so I can offer your place to someone else. A significant amount of energy and preparation goes into all healing sessions.

A credit may be applied for unseen circumstances requiring a cancellation/re-scheduling once. Further cancellations or re-scheduling with less than 48hrs notice will mean your payment not be refunded or transferred.

Refund policy for all workshops:

I understand ‘life’ can throw us curve balls from time to time – so I do try to offer a reasonable refund policy for all my workshops. 

A 3 day cooling off period whereby you can receive a full refund should you change your mind for any reason.

Due to the extensive time involved in preparing classes, the pre-class content, the small class sizes, my attention to each individual participant and my intention to keep them affordable, unfortunately deposits are non-refundable beyond this.

 In some cases where there are no pre-requisites for a workshop, tickets may be transferable to another person.

In some cases the balance of payments may be transferred to another workshop.

Refund of the full balance of payments may be granted if a ticket can be given to someone on the waiting list.

No refunds on the balance of payments or transfers can be granted if registration is cancelled within 5 days of the workshop.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
